With a combined 15 years of fitness and yoga experience, ex professional athlete, yogi, and mom, Lindsay Johnson is here to help you through that journey. Lindsay is ISSA fitness & nutrition certified with a specialty in prenatal & postpartum care, cpr certified, and also carries a prenatal yoga specialty certification from Holy Cow Yoga. Lindsay played both collegiate and professional level volleyball, has a Bachelors of Business in Computer Management Degree, and has been a resident of Charleston for 12 years. Her passion is simply to make the world healthier….one bump at a time.
